Appointments & Rates

Your call or email, if not answered immediately, will be returned as soon as possible.

Daytime, evening and limited weekend appointments are available, between the hours of 8:30am and 8:00pm.

My fee is based on guidelines recommended by the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. I offer a sliding scale fee that can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Appointments are usually scheduled once a week, or once every two weeks according to client need, preference and resources.

Payment is accepted by cash, eTransfer or cheque at the beginning of each session. A receipt will be provided following payment, and may be submitted for reimbursement to an insurance carrier, if applicable.

Missed appointments which are not cancelled by phone at least 24 hours prior will be billed in full. If an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, please provide as much notice as possible.
